Carlo Cudicini was put through his paces at Cobham today. Not with one session, not with two sessions but three sessions of training, exercise, shot stopping, jumping, running, diving and whatever other things that goalkeepers do when recovering from injury.

It still amazes me that Carlo is up and about after that horrific clash with Reading's Sonko in the dying seconds of last weeks game.

But amazing or not, Carlo is up and about and is working his way back to full fitness. Whether or not he is considered for Wednesday night's Carling Cup clash away to Blackburn remains to be seen.

All could be revealed tomorrow night after Carlo is put through another rigorous training session before the team travel to Ewood Park.

The FA revealed today that they have received Chelsea's letter of concerns regarding the events at Reading nine days ago.

Many of the team that played on Saturday report back to Cobham tomorrow and the official line is that Jose wanted to keep as many of the squad as fit and rested as possible so by the sounds of it, Jose could be looking at playing his strongest team available.

COME ON CHELSEA

GET WELL PETR
