Scott Leaves Charlton and Signs for Palace

I have just found out that Scott Sinclair's loan agreement at Championship and promotion chasing Charlton Athletic has been cancelled and no sooner had Scott left Charlton, Neil Warnock at Crystal Palace snapped Scott up on loan until the end of the season.
Now I know a little bit why Scott has been moved again. Apparently Scott's loan at Charlton was on the BASIC condition that he got lots of experience playing for a team challenging for promotion back to the Premiership AGAIN!! (Just like Chelsea in the 80s, up and down, up and down just like a yo-yo!!). Pardew Charlton's manager, however saw things differently. He decided to play Scottie on his merits or not as the case maybe - fair enough Pardew IS the manager of Charlton after all. Anyway after talking to a couple of Addick's fans in recent days, they were disappointed with the lack of Scottie's involvement initially, because they were looking forward to see this 'prodigious' talent play, then when Scottie did get on the park - 3 substitute appearances since February - they said he looked as if he couldn't care less or give a damm. To me that suggests that there is something wrong going on at Chelsea wth Scott or Scott has a serious problem regarding his realisation of becoming a top class footballer. This boy isn't 20 yet. He made his League debut for Ian Holloway at Bristol Rovers before he was 16, Chelsea then signed him and he became an Academy star. Scott then progressed to the reserves where he continued his progress. He went on loan to Plymouth when Ian Holloway was manager and scored that wonder goal against Crystal Palace in the League and in the FA Cup at Barnet scored an even better solo goal against the hosts. Scott came back to Chelsea and went on loan again this time to QPR and scored away against Crystal Palace. This season Scott has played most of his football for the reserves and first team in a rare appearance Scott scored in Chelsea's Carling Cup win at Hull City. One thing is for certain if Scott is in the doldrums about his football and doesn't pull his weight at Crystal Palace, no nonsense Neil Warnock will soon sort him out!!
Hopefully he develops more confidence at Palace and if need be, Warnock does sort him out.
He is without doubt an exciting talent and I must admit, I would have liked to have seen him get more exposure in the first team (albeit as a sub, coming on when the match is already "comfortable" for us).
Having said that, it has to be a very calculated risk putting youngsters into the first team when its a club of our level. Take this part of the season for example, we are in with a shout of the PL and in the final push towards the CL - when would he have played?
I suppose, for young talent to break into a top level club there has to be a moment when the manager says "Sod it! I´m putting him in now - he has to break in at some point!". This is exactly what the Doc did with Osgood -"Son, you´ve got 6 matches and no matter how you play I won´t drop you."
