The reserves play their first home game of the season this evening, entertaining West Ham who recently appointed OUR legend and greatest player of ALL time Gianfranco Zola as their new manager, replacing Alan Curbishley.
It is expected the Italian 'maestro,' gentleman of all gentleman will be in attendance at Brentford's Griffin Park.
There will be no Dids tonight (alhough suspended after his sending off in the final, he will be valuable around the CL squad), but on view will be Scott Sinclair, Michael Woods, Sergio Tejera, Rhys Taylor.
West Ham team may include on-loan goalkeeper Jan Lastuvka from Shaktar Donetsk.
Chelsea are high in confidence after their impressive win away to Woolwich last week and the game last season ended in a 3-0 victory for the Blues.
Scorers that night were Claudio Pizarro, Fabio Ferreira and Jack Saville.

Computer crashed a couple of mins before Chelsea scored their first goal.
Michael Woods got the first soon after coming on a sub.
Scott Sinclair scored Chelsea's 2nd minutes later.
