The Football Association are going to study comments made by Drogba in his autobiography regarding his red card incident with Vidic during the Champions League final last May. Drogba was sent off for lightly slapping the Man Utd but apparently has stated that he wished he had punched him now.
"I have seen the match on video and I believe I should not have been sent off with three minutes to go,"
"If I had punched him, I would have understood. Now I wish I had."

Drogba clashed with Vidic in what amounted to mild handbags but his sending off left a sour taste in some Chelsea fans mouths who partly blame him for the loss being as he would have been one of the first to take a penalty in the crucial shoot out.
"We are aware of the comments and will be examining them in their proper context," hurumped an FA suit!
I would have thought UEFA would have been responsible? Isn’t the FA getting a bit desperate to tap us up for even more cash?
We know what you mean!!
But will the FA and the PL understand as well LOL LOL!!
