Middlesbrough Preview

COME ON CHELSEA

John Terry is expected to return tonight, Obi (I got done for D&D) returns after his one match suspension and after damaging his hamstring against Ipswich Town on Saturday, Carvalho is out and it looks like he will miss the trip to Anfield too. Middlesbrough will be without Didier Digard who is serving a suspension and 'Boro travel to the Bridge looking for their first win in 34 years.

Last season Chelsea beat 'Boro 1-0 with a goal from Carvalho in the 4th minute and although 'Boro won their cup-tie on Saturday, I fully expect the three points to stay at Stamford Bridge.

Middlesbrough haven't won at The Bridge in 34 years and they are in some sort of Premiership free-fall but 'Boro's fans think they are in with a chance, because they have sold out their allocation for tonights match.

Huth shoooot

Earlier this season, Chelsea travelled up to The Riverside for a silly o'clock kick-off and emphatically beat the home side 5-0, with one of the goals scored by Juliano Belletti from thirty odd yards.

It will be nice to see 'Bells' score another screamer like that tonight or Chelsea just score a goal, especially down at the Matthew Harding end as it will be the first League goal scored since the Sunderland game.

Belletti has spoken about that goal, he said "It was beautiful, I saw the goal on Sunday on Chelsea TV. When Malouda touched the ball for me, I looked at the goal and took a shot. This time, it worked very well and the fans are crazy about it now, but it is not something I can try every time I get the ball, there are 10 other players, but sometimes I can try!"

The fans are also crazy about the goals you have scored against Tottingham, Juliano!!

Chelsea fans have been generous in welcoming back former players and I see no reason why Robert Huth, will not be afforded the same hospitality this evening.

Click the link below for a compliation of Juliano's goals (including his long-range assist for Anelka).

Wasn't convincing Dixie, but the 2nd half was better than the first.

They got booed off at half-time
