FA Cup Semi-Final Ticket News: Give Us A Break
COME ON CHELSEA

So finally our FA Cup Semi-Final opponents was sorted out on Tuesday night when Woolwich beat Hull City at The Emirates - what went on during and after the game, I can't be bothered to comment about as I have got more important things to be concerned about.
The late Bill Shankly once said 'Football is more important than life and death,' sorry Mr S, but when death knocks at your door, football becomes an irrelevance.
Chelsea Football Club announced today (Thursday) ticket prices and selling arrangements for the up and coming semi-final against Woolwich to be played in FOUR weeks time. Ticket prices are not a problem, after all the FA has got to pay back to millions and millions of pounds when the re-building of Wemberleeeeeee went way over budget and to be fair the prices are not that bad.
£24.50 up to £53.80 spread over a Chelsea allocation of 31,500.
My major complaint is that tickets go on sale NEXT Monday 23rd March and by 5pm next Thursday, when the season ticket selling period ends - there could be thousands of tickets left unsold, because unless you have a 'few bob' in the bank, what chance do you have of having the disposal income available to buy your ticket before pay-day comes knocking (unless you are weekly-paid)?
I will get a ticket, so will Since88, but although we will be entitled to purchase ours on Tuesday 24th March, we will have to wait till Thursday once the BACS system has kicked into gear and credited my account with March's money.
Why can't Chelsea wait ONE week and ONE day for everybody to be on a level playing field or is it a case the quicker the money is the bank the more interest will be earned before the FA get their share?

Are Chelsea that 'skint?'
I thought that title belonged to Brighton and Hove Albion!!

Think you'd best not go if your not SUPPOSED TO flying claret

Think I'll just wait for the Chelsea bunch of tickets to go on general sale

then i can go in play offs as well
