Barcelona after Cech reveals tactless agent

Petr Cech´s agent has revealed that Barcelona have been enquiring after Chelsea’s number 1 goalkeeper for some time. Great timing on his agent’s part seeing as we face them in one of the most important matches in our history on Wednesday isn’t it?! What’s he playing at it?
Reports say that the Catalans are seeking a long-term replacement for Victor Valdes.
Pavel Zika has now confirmed that Barca have expressed an interest in Cech although it would be interesting to know if their enquiries were made to the club or only the agent – if the latter then “tap tap” and get on that hotline to UEFA sharpish Kenyon!
"We have been registering the interest of Barcelona for a long time, but Petr has a lucrative contract at Chelsea, where he is happy," said Zika.
"It is not convenient to give vent to this information at a time when both clubs are to clash in the Champions League."
(So why give vent then?!).
