Ibrahimovic move closer or pressure ruse for Aguero or Pato?

Quite a few reports coming out today that Interīs Zlatan Ibrahimovic is a step closer to joining Chelsea. The player himself has confirmed that we have made an approach but is this in earnest or could it be a ruse designed to put pressure on either Milan or Atletico Madrid to part with Pato or Aguero?
Or…is it just simply a bid for a player that we genuinely want?
The reports quote a transfer fee of around £60m or Deco and Carvalho offered as makeweights in the deal.
"I am fully aware that Chelsea want to sign me and, of course, it is very flattering. They are one of the biggest teams in Europe and the Premier League is one of the best leagues in the world,” said Ibrahimovic.
"Money is not the most important thing; I will base my decision on what's good for me, what suits me."

But does Ibramovich reveal doubts when he says the following? :
"It is about asking: will I still be able to be special in the league that I am going to, to the team that I am going to?
"Are my qualities right for the Premier League or not?"
Not all Chelsea fans are convinced that Ibrahimovic is the forward that we need (personally I think he would be an excellent eventual replacement but not compliment for Drogba) but it is clear that with Drogba banned for four CL matches and being away for the ANC we do need to think long and hard about putting all our eggs in the baskets of Anelka and Sturridge – and what if one of those got injured?
