Ever since the World Football Challenge fixtures were confirmed we all have been waiting with anticipation for our meeting/reunion with 'The Special One,' a certain Mr Jose Mourinho. In the early hours of tomorrow morning (4am UK time to be exact), Chelsea take on the might of Inter Milan, Serie A Champions.
THERE WILL BE LIVE UPDATES ON THE BOARD FROM 3.30am and yes of course I AM going to watch the game which is being shown live on Chelsea TV.
In a press conference a week or so ago, Jose threatened to watch the game from the stands - comtemptable in his attitude towards Carlo Ancelotti - they didn't get on when Carlo was manager of Inter's great rival Milan.
Michael Ballack has returned home nursing a broken toe which could put him out of the start of the season in three weeks time, new signing Yuri Zhirkov has joined up with the squad but is unable to play due to work permit issues and Chelsea announced today that Florent Malouda has signed a three year extension to his existing deal.
One piece of bad news. 17 year old starlet, BIG Frank Nouble has turned down an offer of a professional contract with Chelsea and he looks set to join West Ham United on a five year deal.
Super Frank is certainly looking forward to meeting Jose again. He said, "It's nice to see him again, its been a while since we've all seen him. I loved him as a man and a manager and he's a superb figure for me which I'll never forget so personally I'll love to see him again."
Personally I do not take any notice of pre-season results - obviously a win is a nice - pre-season for me is all about getting the team into shape, the tactics tried, tested and sorted, players fit and raring to go for the start of the season.
However putting one over Jose tomorrow morning will taste so, so sweet!!

A very stylish, comprehensive performance from Chelsea. Two wins from two, four goals scored none conceded.
Chelsea worked hard, the full backs bombed on where they could and they worked hard to get back.
Inter's chances were surpressed until the last few minutes where they had two dangerous free-kicks.
Chelsea played alot of one-touch football and the movement was excellent.
Turnbull made his debut in goal during the 2nd half and even though the rules stipulated max 6 subs - 8 were used.

How was Jose before and after the match? Which players did he greet? Do Inter have any similarities to his Chelsea?

Don't know about before the match TKK, but during the match he didnt look happy and after the match he didnt attend the post match press conference and he refused to give an interview to Inter's TV station.
