After despatching Charlton, Nottingham Forest and in the last round Portsmouth, The Academy travel to Vicarage Road to take on Watford who beat Liverpool at Anfield 1-0 in the last round, hoping to book a second semi-final spot in the last three years. The Academy warmed up with a 2-2 draw in the League away to Charlton last Friday, this after being 2-0 down at one point.
Midfielder Daniel Philliskirk, son of Oldham Athletic's legend Tony Philliskirk, scored both goals to earn a share of the spoils.
Coach Dermot Drummy said of the comeback, "We hit the bar a few times, we played a lot of attacking football and to be fair to Charlton they countered us very well but I would say we were the stronger side today.
"When we were 2-0 down Charlton began to play very defensively and it looked like it was going to be difficult but we just kept playing.
"The spirit was really good to come back from 2-0 down shows we were playing really good football and we're really pleased.
"McEachran had a brilliant game, his vision and ball control was fantastic and Danny Mills Pappoe really rallied the troops from defence, but it was a good performance all round."

Jan Sebek, Ben Sampayo, Danny Mills Pappoe, Rohan Ince (Kenny Strickland h/t), Aziz Deen-Conteh, George Saville, Billy Clifford, Kaby Djalo (c), Josh McEachran, Daniel Philliskirk, Milan Lalkovic (Bobby Devyne h/t)
Drummy reports no injuries or problems and I expect the starting line-up later, will be more or less the team that started last Friday.

Another semi-final for Chelsea. The Academy are away in the first leg of the semi-final to either Blackburn or Everton who have yet to play their tie.
Tonight was a wonderful performance.The defence of Billy Clifford, Bruma, Pappoe Mills and Aziz were magnificent. Sam Walker had hardly anything to do all night.

Another great result in the FA youth cup from the boys and we have to be clear favourites now.
Man city and Villa where are you
So all in all it was a brilliant night all round for us what with our boys producing a fantastic performance and they should be proud
and then you had the pathetic performance from the gooners Well done Porto.

From what I have seen and read about the Academy, last night's performance was their best this season so far!!!!!
In March The Academy are off to the States to take part in the Dallas Cup, more experience for our quality youngsters.
