Torres To Sign Contract LIVE at 10pm on Chelsea TV?

Chelsea TV are covering the transfer window LIVE from 10pm. Rumours are circulating that David Luiz and Fernando Torres WILL both be Chelsea players by the close of the transfer window in a couple of hours time, at 11pm.

I have never known Chelsea TV covering the last hour or so of the transfer window before.

So howabout this for a scenario?

Fernando Torres signs from Liverpool (no player exchange) for £50m and passes his medical.

He is whisked to Stamford Bridge where there is a big crowd waiting (and there is) and signs his Chelsea contract LIVE on Chelsea TV.

Two aspects of the above are true. Chelsea TV will be broadcasting LIVE, and, there is a BIG crowd gathering at Stamford Bridge.

It is also reported that David Luiz is on his way to Stamford Bridge for £21m plus Nemanja Matic who is currently on loan in Holland.

But there are a lots of conflictions with regard to Luiz - first he was on a plane to London, then he got pulled off the plane and now he is back on it - hopefully after signing his transfer papers in Portugal (another rumour) - and flying direct into Farnborough Airport before chauffered off to Cobham and perhaps Stamford Bridge.

Daniel Sturridge has been loaned out to Bolton Wanderers for the rest of the season and reserve team midfielder Jacob Mellis has joined Barnsely on loan until May 8th.

Also Good Luck to former reserve team captain Jimmy Smith as his Leyton Orient side take on the might of Woolwich at home in the 5th Round of the FA Cup.
