After the invevitable Champions League exit to Man Utd earlier on in the week, the hierarchy at Chelsea decided to announce more exploitation of the fans, pockets. First Chelsea launched the new home shirt for the 2011/2012 season and then on Thursday, Chelsea announced steep rises on admission prices for next season, including season ticket rises.
My season ticket will cost an extra £55, to £750 - an increase of £100 in the last two seasons
When we all have to face tightening our belts in the current economic climate, Chelsea's announcements this week are really just a joke.
A smack in the face for all the brilliant fans who dig deep to follow the club, Over Land and Sea.
As always, Chelsea's timing is IMPECCABLE!!
Chelsea will be without Alex and Ramires this afternoon after they suffered minor muscle problems during the United game.
Ancelotti expects both to return to action against Birmingham on Wednesday night and speaking of Ancelotti, it seems to me that he is resigned to his fate when he says "I have no problem if Chelsea want to get rid off me."
Does that mean he is leaving, Roma bound? Or will he jump before he is pushed?
The Academy travel to Old Trafford on Wednesday night (First team are at home more impeccable Chelsea organisation) in the 2nd leg of the FA Youth Cup leading 3-2.
