If you believe what this country's stunning tabloid press are spouting off about Mr A considering approaching Harry Redknapp to replace Ancelotti when he goes in the Summer. Just discount it. I mean Mr A's sole obsession is to win the Champions League, Harry showed his capabilities in the pounding by Real Madrid. Say no more!!
As for Ancelotti - our finest declare that Real Madrid have short-listed him for their job, once Jose packs his bags and leaves the Bernabeau in a few weeks time and of course there is the unrelenting rumour that Ancelotti will be going to Roma.
Still it is all speculation, rumour and gossip.
All I think at the moment is that Mr A has to STOP these knee-jerk reactions when Chelsea exit the Champions League for two reasons:
Firstly, UEFA DO NOT LIKE us and secondly Chelsea CANNOT win penalty shoot-outs.
Perhaps Mr A should consider having a word in Platini's ear-like?!?! He seemed to have 'impressed' Blatter when Russia won the World Cup vote....... (cough, cough!!)
Tonight Chelsea take on Birmingham CIty, our 2nd opponent from the West Midlands in a matter of days.
Not only do Chelsea have their own issues to resolve by getting three points tonight, there is a matter of revenge after City won 1-0 at St Andrews earlier on in the season, despite Chelsea dominating the game.
There have been too many games where Chelsea have dominated and too many games where Chelsea have failed to take their chances - not that Chelsea fans need reminding!!
Ancelotti has confirmed that Alex and Ramires are still unfit and there is a concern about Ivanovic who has a tight hamstring.

Tonight the Academy take on Man Utd in the FA Youth Cup Semi-Final at Old Trafford, kick-off 7pm.
