Chelsea 2-1 Tottenham: Arsenal DO YOUR JOB!!!

The Premier League have really produced some awful refs at The Bridge - Graham Poll, Mike Riley, Howard Webb and the like. Andre Marriner today produced the worst ever performance from a professional referee in a long time and a lifetime and I am not talking about the so-called 'controversial' goals that gave Chelsea a much-needed win and kept The Blues in the title race.
I am talking about Marriner's calls on 50-50 decisions that were in the main awarded to Tottenham and the clear penalty that was denied Chelsea in the second-half when the score was delicately balanced at 1-1.
Having said that, how the game stayed at 1-1 is beyond my belief.
Tottenham had one chance and they scored from it.
From a throw, Van Der Vaart reversed flicked the ball into the path of Sandro who took control and whacked an unstoppable 30 yarder pass the outstretched arm of the beaten Cech - replays suggested Cech got his finger-tips to the ball.
Tottenham set themselves up for the draw, there is no doubt about it.
They were under Chelsea pressure right from the off, until the goal, then Chelsea lost their way until Super Frank's speculative effort which Gomes fumbled right on half-time.
Who gave the goal?
It is still not clear, but having seen the official photographers view of the ball on or over the line, I reckon the photographer gave it.
Still Tottenham were set for the draw, despite their disappointment at the decision given by the photographer, ref and his assistant and despite the end to end flow of the game, Tottenham did not create a single further chance.
With a minute to go plus stoppage time, Drogba scuffed his shot and substitute Kalou was on hand to turn the shot in from three yards and if he was offside, it was by a kneecap and again it makes a change for the Assistant on my side of the ground to give Chelsea a 'lucky' decision.
Torres played his best game in his fledgling Chelsea career. His withdrawal on the hour was met with boos.
Drogba needs to grow up and play for the team when Torres is on the pitch and not wait for him to leave and this despite his rasping 35 yard free-kick that hit the bar in the first-half.
Man Utd fans shouldn't complain at the 'luck' afforded Chelsea, United have been getting the luck ever since Alex Ferguson became a Sir.

You know you shouldn't have won and you know Mourinho would have something to say so why complain?
It just makes you look like an ignorant @#$%& that wants Chelsea to win whatever it does to the reputation of football and the game is yet again dragged into the mud.
I'm afraid we'll need more than luck, if Arsenal are to beat Man ure. They are only playing for their pride, and how much of that have they shown lately?

As a spurs supporter i can feel hard done by as both chelsea goals should not have stood an i an sure chelsea fans would feel the same way if the goals were awarded to us but whos to say chelsea would have not scored from open play as the game was flowing from end to end.
What a cracking goal you scored but you still parked the bus a little though.
They just cant stop whinging, "not over the line", they still go on about this clear goal being a wrong decision!!

Getting more and more bemused with Ancelotti's substitutions - Torres was looking our sharpest striker when taken-off.....oh well.
