Stoke City Preview: 2012/13 Ticket Prices FROZEN

Another interesting week in the history of Chelsea Football Club (oh sorry we haven’t got any historeee!!... Ed) has passed. Progression into the FA Cup Quarter-Finals, Torres ‘I don’t want to take a penalty,’ saga… Wish you had and keep Mata away from spot-kicks!! The best part of the week was Chelsea’s announcement that ticket prices for next season, including hospitality, have been frozen.

Within the same announcement, ticket prices for the Corrupt Cup, should Chelsea qualify of course have been reduced for the group stages to £35 and £17.50 for concessions.

This is good news for us already hard-pressed fans and Chelsea must be congratulated for their foresight in recognising the need to hold prices at a sensible level.

After two years of rises on my season-ticket, a freeze is most welcomed!

I bet that never in a million years did Robbie Di Matteo and Eddie Newton, when they took their coaching badges, think they would be back at Stamford Bridge and in charge of the first team.

Forget what you read in the press about Di Matteo being hated more than AvB.

Judging by the reaction of the bench at St Andrews when the 2^nd goal went in and at the final whistle, the dislike for Di Matteo to me, seems remarkably premature.

I hope Di Matteo and Newton are warmly received this afternoon at The Bridge, there is no reason why they shouldn’t be.

I hope the players continue with their attitude change.

I hope there is an afternoon of singing ‘BENITEZ, WE DON’T WANT YOU HERE.'

I hope the board and Abramovich take further note of the fans disgust at any approach to the Fat Face Waiter!!
