Cesar Azpilicueta Signs

Just a few minutes ago Chelsea Football Club confirmed the signing of right-back Cesar Azpilicueta from Marseille. All morning twitter was in overdrive that the signing was imminent, then the hacks started to announce Cesar had signed, then Marseille, despite all of the recent denials that no deal was forthcoming, announced the deal had gone through on their official website.

Finally Chelsea Football Club confirmed the deal had been sealed.

It is also rumoured that Cesar will take part in his first training session at Cobham Halls this morning.
