A few days have now passed since the shock and humiliation of defeat suffered at the hands of our near neighbours down the road at Fulham FC. Good luck to them.
Jose is their mate especially Chris Coleman, in fact CC was at Cobham yesterday in attendance with other managers and coaches something to do with coach licence courses etc...... HMMMMMMMMM does that mean CC isn't qualified to manage/coach Fulham???? ONLY JOKING!! Its done and dusted now. Whatever Mike Dean and his Assistant Referee did or not do has passed and if Chelsea carry out the threats to ban those CFC fans who 'invaded the pitch' after the final whistle blew, I hope Fulham do the same (and they are promising to). That will bring down Fulham's attendance down threefold soon.... (oh stop it ed)...Might put them into financial arrears...losing that revenue (told you stoppit...ed). Well. What's good for the Goose has got to be good for the gander. Notwithstanding, the boys in Blue are in FA Cup action against the Toon from Newcastle, who are not short of their own problems. Two defeats on the spin (ManUre and Liverpool), without a manager and a horde of Black and White barcodes having to make a rather lengthy journey to SW London on a Wednesday night, truely believing that they can come away with a result. Yeah right. Oh happy days LOL LOL LOL LOL !! Chelsea may be without Willie G (enough said about him) and Arjen Robben, both serving suspensions, but the Toon will be without Boumsong who made such a complete ass of himself on Sunday, before getting sent off bringing down the 'freak' and Bramble who last Friday did his leg in again whilst training. Already without Michael Owen, the Toon may have to look at Ramage in the centre of defence alongside Craig Moore (yet to make his Toon debut) or continue with the Ramage/Elliott partnership from Sunday. My main worry is Shearer. He hasn't scored for a while and he certainly hasn't scored against Chelsea in open play for a considerable amount of time. It is the FA Cup after all and there is a semi-final place at stake!!! I want to see the Special One start with the eleven (before Gallas got himself sent off - so hence Del Horno returns) that finished on Sunday. So therefore I go with: Cech, Ferreira, Terry, Carvalho, Del Horno, Makelele, Essien, Lampard, Duff, Drogba, Crespo Its about time the Special One goes 4-4-2 for once at the start of a game.
