Colchester United have also had two in and two out during the transfer window so far with Lewis Gobern (Wolves) joining on loan and Marc Tierney (Shrewsbury) arriving for an undisclosed fee. Departures have been Dean Gerken (to Darlington) and Sunday-Akanni Wasiu (to Luton), both on loan. Let's hope the departure of the latter doesn't affect profits on shirt printing in Essex!
Leeds United have brought in three players with no departures so far. Carl Dickinson (Stoke City) and Lee Trundle (Bristol City) have joined on loan at Elland Road whilst Richard Naylor has also joined from Ipswich Town.
There are three other teams that have brought players in but had no departures in the shape of Leyton Orient, Northampton Town and Yeovil Town. Leyton Orient, who last week saw long-serving Manager Martin Ling depart have brought in Luke Ashworth and Charlie Daniels on free transfers from Premiership sides Wigan and Tottenham respectively.
Northampton Town have brought in two players on loan in the shape of Paul Rodgers (Arsenal) and Billy Clarke (Ipswich Town) whilst Yeovil Town have brought in Lee Cox on loan from Leicester City and Luke Rodgers on a free transfer after the striker had been without a Club.

Lee Trundle has Joined Leeds Utd on Loan from Swansea City
It's been all departures at London Road so far as Peterborough United Boss Darren Ferguson trims down his squad as they look for promotion at the end of the season. As well as Chris Westwood going out on loan to Cheltenham as already mentioned, three other players have also gone out on loan; Scott Rendell (to Cambridge Utd), Mark Tyler (to Bury) and Liam Hatch (to Darlington).Automatic promotion chasers Milton Keynes Dons have brought in Jason Puncheon (Plymouth Argyle) on loan and also completed the free transfer of Luke Chadwick from Norwich City after a previous loan spell at the Club. Kevin Gallen, who netted the Dons winner at home to Tranmere earlier in the season has joined Luton Town on a free transfer and as mentioned earlier Drissa Diallo has joined Cheltenham on a free transfer.
Stockport County have let two players leave on free transfers with Gareth Owen joining Port Vale and Jason Taylor going to Rotherham United whilst Carlisle United have signed Joe Anyinsah from Preston for an undisclosed fee and Graham Kavanagh from Sunderland on a free transfer. The Cumbrians have also allowed Danny Carlton to join Darlington on loan.
So our summary ends with the teams beginning with ‘H'. Hartlepool United, who have also recently changed Managers, have signed Liam Henderson on loan from Watford and lost Richie Barker to Rotherham Utd for an undisclosed fee.
Struggling Hereford United loaned one player in and one out as Sam Hewson came in from Man Utd whilst Nick Chadwick joined neighbours Shrewsbury Town. Huddersfield Town have loaned out Danny Broadbent to Rushden and Shane Killock to Oxford United but they have also brought in Dominik Werling who had previously been without a Club.
There are sure to be more transfers in the next few days until the window closes on Monday 1st February but as this summary emphasises, there is little cash around and very few big name moves in League One.
Fingers will be crossed that Rovers can bring in the striker they really need at the moment to get the side scoring goals once more!
