Cheltenham Re-Arrangement Confirmed for March

Following the postponement of Tuesday night’s match away at Cheltenham Town due to a frozen pitch, a new date for the match has now been confirmed as Rovers fixtures begin to pile-up as the weather continues to play havoc with sporting fixtures around the UK.

Tranmere will now travel to Cheltenham Town's Whaddon Road in Coca-Cola League One on Tuesday 17th March with kick-off at 7.45pm after the game between the two sides was postponed on Tuesday morning after a pitch inspection rendered the pitch unplayable due to it being frozen.

The weather has played havoc with the football fixtures in recent weeks and the Cheltenham game scheduled for last Tuesday night was Rovers' third postponement of the season after games away at Colchester and at home to Peterborough bit the dust on successive Saturday's in January - both of which are set to be played in the next fortnight.

Tranmere's Postponement Against Cheltenham Was the Third This Season

There is currently no news on Rovers' home League One game against Leyton Orient which is due to take place at Prenton Park at 3.00pm this Saturday but with the weather still cold and snowy there could of course be some doubt.

Total Tranmere will bring you any news on this game as and when we get it.

Unrelated to the topic of the article above but does anyone know which Ground it is in the Picture? (I don't that's why I'm asking!!)

Funnily enough I spotted P.F.C on the seats just after I posted.

Unless it's Selhurst Park (C.P.F.C)?

It does actually say "portsmouth FC" on the seats along the back row, so I'm guessing that it's Fratton Park?
