Shuker Season Over After Domestic Accident

Rovers were dealt a blow after the home win over Huddersfield Town today when it was confirmed that winger Chris Shuker will miss the rest of the season after breaking his arm in an accident at home on Friday.

Following Tranmere's excellent home win over Huddersfield Town this afternoon, Rovers Boss Ronnie Moore confirmed that winger Chris Shuker will miss the remainder of the season after a domestic accident at home yesterday in which he broke his arm.

Although no further details have been made available of the incident, Moore confirmed that the break was a bad one and would keep Shuker out for the remaining nine matches of the season.

Moore told Tranmere World earlier today......

"Shukes had an accident at home yesterday, fell over and broke his arm.  I don't know what the full story is yet, but it's a bad break. It has to be pinned and have a plate in it, so that's the end of him for this season."
