As part of a summer series to keep the site ticking over during the quieter times of the close season, we have posed a series of questions to Tranmere Fans all around the World. After so far speaking to four exiled fans and three local fans, it's time to talk to yet another local fan in the shape of John Warrington..........

NUMBER 8 - JOHN WARRINGTON (MORETON, WIRRAL)

What is your Name and where do you Live?
John Warrington and in Moreton about ten minutes away from Prenton Park.
How old are you and for how long have you supported Rovers?18 and for about 12 years.
Who or what made you support the Superwhites?Dad took me to a game in 1997/98 and haven't looked back.
What was your first ever Rovers Game?A 1-1 draw Vs Portsmouth.
Where do you usually sit at Prenton Park?
Front row of the Kop in my green keeper shirt.
Who is your all-time favourite Rovers Player?
Difficult one! Probably Kenny Irons or Achto!
Who is the worst Rovers Player you've seen?
Antwi by far!
What was your favourite ever Rovers Game?Has got to be the 4-3 Vs Southampton.

Get a striker who can score 15+ goals and can work well with Bas. Would look to find a replacement for Ian Goodison who can play at both CB and RB. Wingers too.
After missing out this season, where do you think Rovers will finish next season?Depends on how we do in the transfer market but I'll say 8th.
Tell us something interesting or unusual about your support for Rovers over the years?The legendary green shirt that is worn at every game. I am the w*nker in the green as dubbed by the Millwall fans.
I was one of only three fans allowed to sit on the front row of the kop for the first half of the season until they let Mike Barrowman sit next to me.
Have you ever worked for/been involved with the Club aside from being a Fan?
No but I would like to one day.
