Prediction League

As the season draws ever closer, it's time once again for us to launch our Prediction League for the 2009/10 season. Each week we will upload the next few Rovers' fixtures to the list which will enable you to submit your Prediction for the game with the aim being to climb as high up the League as you can by the end of the season.

As the new season fast approaches, we at Total Tranmere would like to remind our readers that during the course of the forthcoming campaign we will be running a Prediction League Competition to run alongside our  Fantasy Premier League Competition and Pontoon games.

Subject to the Admin Staff from this site finding the time each week, we will post up the next Tranmere Fixture at least a week in advance of it taking place, leaving everyone plenty of time to submit their Prediction for that game.

The scoring works as follows.....

Correct Score (and therefore Correct Result as well) = 3 Points (A Win in the League Table)

Correct Result Only (but not Correct Score) = 1 Point (A Draw in the League Table)

A Goal Difference system also operates based on how far off the correct score you are each week.

To enter the Prediction League you will need a Total Tranmere (Sportnetwork) Account which you can also use to post on our Message Forum.

If you already have an Account with us, simply log-in when prompted but if you don't and would like to create an Account CLICK HERE and don't forget that your new Account can also be used to post on our Message Forum. 

Once you have logged into the Prediction League, the League Table should appear and you then need to select the My Predictions option on the left hand menu which will take you to where the latest (and also the previous) fixtures are posted.

Insert your prediction for both teams in the blank boxes and the click on Predict.  You can go back and amend your prediction any time up until the start of the match.

One the match has taken place, the Admin Team will input the score and the League Table will automatically be updated usually later on in on the same evening as the game.

During the Season will be bringing you monthly updates on how the League is going and weekly updates of when games are posted up for Prediction will appear on our Message Forum.

Last year (amid cries of FIX!), Total Tranmere Admin Team Member Mikey B won the Prediction League but this year it could be you so get predicting right now!
