Visit of Leeds United Now in March

Tranmere have today announced that the home League game against Leeds United will now take place in early March after it was postponed earlier this month due to the involvement of both sides in the third round of the FA Cup….
Tranmere have today confirmed that the home Coca-Cola League One match against leaders Leeds United which was originally scheduled for Saturday 2nd January, will now take place on Tuesday 9th March with kick-off at 7.45pm/
The fixture was postponed from its original date because of the involvement of both clubs in the FA Cup third round as Rovers unluckily lost to Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers whilst earlier that day, Leeds pulled off the shock of the third round and arguably of the competition so far by winning 1-0 against Man United at Old Trafford.
The re-arrangement of the Leeds game, which follows on from the re-arrangement of the away trip to Oldham Athletic originally scheduled for Boxing Day but now next Wednesday 20th January at 7.45pm, now means that only last weeks scheduled trip to Gillingham now needs to be re-arranged and we will bring you news on this as we get it.
Admission for the game against the League One leaders on 9th March is from £19.00 for Adults and just £5.00 for Juniors.
