Throughout the season we provide you with a platform to discuss each and every Rovers match whether it be the build-up to kick-off or post match analysis so here we bring you the Match Discussion Thread for Monday afternoon's Coca-Cola League One match away at Swindon as Tranmere look move further away from the relegation zone.......

Monday 5th March - Coca Cola League One

 Swindon T v Tranmere R

Kick-Off 3.00pm at County Ground

For those fans who can't make some of the Rovers games this season, particularly the high number of costly and time consuming southern away games, we at Total Tranmere will be providing a Match Discussion Thread on the Site for every Rovers game.

The thread will allow you to discuss everything from the pre-match build up and starting line-up to the game it as it progresses and the post-match anaylsis.

Stadium - Swindon Town

Where possible, Total Tranmere staff will post up the starting line-up and substitutes on the thread as soon as it is made known at the game.

Tranmere of course travel to high-flying Swindon Town in Coca-Cola League One on Monday afternoon in what is another vital game for Rovers, so if you're not going to the game why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on.

Maybe if you have a friend or family member texting you from the game you can post their views here for others to see as the game progresses.

You could also use this thread to discuss other interesting scores throughout the league as well as discussing this game afterwards if you have been along to the game.

What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.

By the sounds of it on the radio we've barely touched the ball.

I only live a half hour from the county ground, so i feel real sorry for the loyal rovers fans who were brilliant yet again today and out sung Swindon yet again, only to be let down by very poor refereeing, poor defending, and no options when we did have the ball. We seemed to constantly want to put the ball in the air (on a pretty windy day), and had only hit and hope tactics. I know Swindon are a decent footballing side who pass the ball well, but it was very disappointing . Still i can look forward to the stick i'll get in work off all the moonrakers.

The pressure on the two home games against Wycombe and Exeter is massive, almost too big I fear. It would be brilliant to get a win againt Walsall but the way our away form is at the moment there is no chance of that. We haven't won consecutive games all season but really have to in that week. Remember we lost at home to Oldham and drew with Haertlepool, so we have,t done well at home to those around us.

Watched Yeovil V Leeds. Noted the difference between Yeovil and Tranmere, they playing an open game .
A manager needed for me .

Just got back. Very poor. Still got no idea why Gornell got sent off, and that did change the game somewhat, but Gordon had already conceded a ridiculous own goal and it went very much down hill from there.

Ash Taylor and Luke Daniels were good but that was it. Nobody else looked bothered and the passing through out the game was terrible.

very disappointing. We need our home form to remain strong to keep us up

You've managed to point out one game were we've lost at home to a team around us. What about the wins over Brentford, Gillingham, Southend, Yeovil, Leyton Orient etc?

Just because we lost to Oldham doesn't mean we're going to lose to every team around us at home.

No but it's always best to dwell on the negativity Mikey! Afterall, who would want to be positive and perhaps forsee us doing well? Such a crime!

As Gornell is now out, will he bring in Savage as his replacement? I, like Sub, think that we have played better without him recently, but I can't see Bain getting the nod ahead of him.

I really hope not Pete. Our form dipped alarmingly when Savage started those four games, and he was woeful and looked very unfit when he came on yesterday. I know he's not set the world alight yet, but he's had six months getting used to England and played some football now, Bain should at least be given a go.

Even if he doesn't go for Bain, Sordell should also be above Savage in the pecking order right now. Savage was worn out after 5 minutes on Saturday
