The final list of Tranmere's pre-season friendly matches has now been confirmed with no fewer than sixteen matches taking place, beginning on Friday 9th July and ending after the first team have already begun their 2010/11 N:Power League One campaign....

i dont undersatnd why we only have 1 preseason game that will be a decent run out for the team as liverpool play in europe on the thursday

All of the matches will be decent tests. Forest and Shrewsbury won't be easy matches, and niether will Mansfield away. Liverpool may only put their reserves out but that doesn't mean it'll be an easy game either.

Don't take Alty and Mansfield lightly, either. Just because they're non-League doesn't mean they'll be a push over.
Mansfield are still full time. Can't remember if Altrincham have made the switch but they have an ex-Rovers player, Ken McKenna as assistant manager, so will look to put one over on us.
