I really cant see how any of that team really can be man of the match but if i had to choose a player it would be collister for making less errors than the rest.

I'd say maybe Bagayoko or Blanchard - two of the few members of the 18 who didn't let the team down.
Good day for Marlon Broomes as well.

I will give marks out of ten for the players:-
Collister - 6 had no chance with the goals & apart from 1 shaky moment in the first half was ok.
Darville - 4 was exposed time and again in the first half against their pacy left midfielder, saldy lacking.
Wood - 3 Truly awful doesnt win many headers for a tall man far too weak and easily nocked off the ball badly at fault for 2nd goal.
Goodison - 6 must wonder what he is playing with in that defence.
Cresswell - 5 lack of pace showed in first half along with rest of the defence.
Mclaren - 5 actually won a couple of tackles, set pieces the usual poor standard guess was injured when went off at half time certianly not the worst player.
Welsh - 5 rarely won a tackle ran around a bit but to no effect.
Labadie - 4 Poor game 1 shot that keeper easily saved and should have been sent off.
Gornell - 4 Surprised he played the whole game, poor.
Showumni - 5 Tried his best and had a couple of decent runs but lacking in quality, gives the ball away far too much.
Thomas-Moore - 5 again had a go but got more & more frustrated as the game went on which isnt suprirsing with th lack of service.
subs - Brown Fraughan & Mcgurk didnt make much diffence which isnt surprising with the way th rest of the team played.
Maybe im being harsh on some of the players especially as quite a few of them are young and not played much but we really were poor and got what we deserved nothing.

Fraughan for me, came on and passed the ball around nicely. Although I suppose Les Parry doesn't like players who can pass the ball, just those that can run!

What is the point in him making subs anymore? Yes, alright, he brought Fraughan and Brown (and they looked quite good...), but we'll go there on Tuesday night, and the exact same inept eleven will be out there starting the game!
He doesn't have that managerial ability to change a game, once we go one down, all we can do is try to lumpt the ball up in hope of a late scrappy equalizer. If the opposition score two, or more, then Les has no Plan B!
Make some changes Les, for goodness sake!

ITM for the quickest move of the day off the field of play into dressing room changed and into his car and away before the game had finished as for on the field Ian Goodison tried
his best with what he had to work with
so my vote would go to Goodison.

I hate it when people give marks out of 10 that don't use the whole scale. I think 5 should be average. Looking at the posts above people seem to be averaging out at 5 which is nonsense - implies that team did okay.
Collister - 4, looked shakey indeed but not at fault with goals
Wood - 2, anyone giving him a 4 (below par) wants to rethink their marking schemes
Darville - 3, enough said elsewhere
Cresswell - 4, surely zoom is better ..
Goodison - 5, okay I suppose
McLaren - 2, dire, floats around doing nothing then passes to the opposition - was in the paddock so first time I've realised how much of a deadweight he is
Welsh - 4, won a few good good challenges
Labadie - 5, looked amongst our better players, most involved of the mids but should have been subbed. If he'd been sent off which seemed a matter of time it would have been 90% on Les for not withdrawing him.
Enoch - 4, looked quite good first half but seemed to give up second half
Gornell/ITM - 3, both utterly ineffective
Averages out at about 3.5 which seems fairly fair
Subs
McGurk - 5
actually quite liked the look of him seemed quite comfortable on the ball and a proper player
Brown - 5, the best of our forwards
Fraughan - 5

Showumni for sheer effort, one of the few who really tried, did everyone forget Goodison gave away the penalty,Darville was well out of position for 2 of the goals & was our worst player

Goodison gave away the penalty because of Wood's inept defending in the first place to be fair.

Watched the replay of the goals and it seems harsh to place all the blame on Wood. Darville was left for dead down the wing for the first goal leaving the striker to cut inside wood and score. Wood forced their man across the penalty area for the second goal but Goodison's tackle was rash and gave away the penalty when he might have held the player up. Can't remember what happened for the third.
Enoch looked good. Gave 110% even when we were 3-0 down. He won most balls that came his way but Moore and Gornell were not sharp or incisive enough to provide any penatration from the balls he played into them. Enoch is fast and surprising good with the ball at his feet so I think we have something to look forward to there - especially as he is not supposed to be 100% fit yet.
Brown showed some good touches when he came on and is obvioulsy a real talent. Could see him in the premier league in a couple of years.
Erm - that's it.

What I find funny is the match report on the site.
THe subs who came on were Brown, McGurk and Fraughan, but at the bottom, you can clearly see the list of names and substitutes and they put Kithson Bain
Don't know how you bring on a sub, that doesn't even play for you anymore. Great typo though.

Well I suppose from a distance a black footballer called Brown, could look like a black footballer called Bain, if you were sitting far enough away, could see him properly and couldn't read the word Brown on a shirt properly either
.
Now if the BBC person in question had been Motty, there's no way that mistake would have been made. He's too experienced and too savvy to gaff like that.
My guess is the work experience boy did it
