I thought up until they scored the game was quite even, Enoch had a good chance but took too long, and they had not really threatened. However once they scored we seemed shocked and could have been more than one down at the break.
Second half was different. We got at them, with everyone playing their part. Enoch hit the post with an absolute thunderbolt, we also had several chances with crosses into the box and definitely had them on the rack. Also had a couple of decent shouts for a penalty I thought.
The last two home games have been similar. If we were just a bit more clinical we could have had 6 points from them instead of 2. Considering they were the league leaders though I thought we did really well second half.

Great result, but I'm a little bummed they didn't get 3 points.
Thought we played really well, especially second half. Hopefully we can use this to push on and maintain some consistency. Tough game on Saturday against Southampton, but we should be full of confidence after Saturday's performance.
I'd have thought there would be loads of comments by now. But just 5???!!!
The second half we were like a different time, we got stuck in well and when we got the ball down on the floor passed it around well, we were very unlucky to hit the post twice had shots just wide over and could have had a penalty or two.
Just when it looked like it wasnt going to be our day Wooton popped up with a header that looked like it hit Akins on the way into the net.
Overall we deserved the three points and can consider ourselves unfortunate not to have won. We do have a tendancy to launch the ball forward to Enoch too much and at times in the first half especially he was far too isolated.
I've been one of the people who've had my reservations but on Saturday, in the second half we were immense. There were so many great performance out on the park that's it's hard to single out anyone. I've been a critic of John Welsh but he was fantastic on Saturday, played the holding role extremely well.
I have some reservations though. Thought Gulacsi was pretty average and nearly gifted them a 3-0 lead but luckily their striker couldn't finish for toffee. I also have reservations about Mendy too, because the first time I saw him I was impressed but the amount of times he made the wrong decisions and kept giving the ball away with silly fancy moves that never came off.
However negatives aside I was impressed with many things on Saturday. I thought tactically we got it spot on in the first 10-15 mins, closing them down, not letting them out of their own half and labadie did a brilliant job all game of marking their no26 who is obviously their playmaker and hardly got a sniff all game. They couldn't handle shiwoumni and every time he got near the ball they paniced. Jennings was a constant threat also and being two footed they didn't know which was he was going. We harrassed them second half and came away with a deserved point but it should have been 3.
I have to say if we keep playing like that, we will be absolutely fine this season and we will be comfortably mid table. We just need to stop conceeding too many stupid goals to give ourselves a chance of winning a game. There is no doubt we are creating chances and more importantly the team spirit is there. I just don't want him to change it too much because the likes of McLaren's return will just undo all the good work.
