Exit the M62 at Junction 20 and take the first exit onto the A627(M) towards Rochdale.  At the end of the short motorway stay in the left hand lane at the lights and follow the road round under the railway bridge and to the traffic lights.

At the lights, go straight ahead (approach in the middle lane) into Roch Valley Way then at the next crossroads which has the Cemetery pub is on the corner go straight onto Sandy Lane, where the ground can be found on the right after around three quarters of a mile.

Rochdale Station is around a 30-35 minute walk from the Stadium and is served by Trains from both Manchester and Leeds.

You can use a taxi to reach the Ground if the walk is too far.

Spotland has some of the best "football" pubs of any ground, including two (Radcliffe arms and Studds bar) in the ground itself.  Although Away supporters are welcome in both they are primarily frequented by home fans.

Away fans tend to congregate in either the Church Inn (further down Willbutts Lane, or the Star Inn).  Leaving the best to last however the Cemetry Pub (on the right at the traffic lights as you approach from the M62) has to be one, if not the, best football pubs you will visit.
