I have never seen a 26% possession stat before. I think even conference clubs playing top flight clubs in the FA Cup 3rd round, get more possession than that

However statistically, they got as many shots as MK Dons, so possibly when getting some possession, they spent more time just getting it forwards, instead faffing about with little mini passes all over the place, as teams can sometimes just move the ball backwards, sideways and eventually after 30 seconds, it gets about 10 or so yards further forwards, before the team actually tries to break, assuming it hasn't evntually been dumped back to the goalkeeper for a good punt upfield.

The possession stats don't surprise me. Our passing in midfield was abysmal - Welsh and Labadie had shocking games and their inability to string two passes together put so much pressure on our defence constantly.
Their passing and moving was absolutely fantastic. So quick and we couldn't get close. It was only when Fraughan came on that we attacked with a little bit of purpose

there words didnt expect to hear fraughan to make an impact in a game wenever i see him, hes shocking he bottles it every time in my opinion

Matthew, in saying their passing and movement was fantastic, you have highlighted the discontent which eminates from our open minded fans .
I believe Parry went to defend which accounts for so little posession. It would also account for a poor mid-field showing
