Rovers' youth side continued a successful week for the Club earlier today by progressing to the semi-final stage of the Lancashire FA Youth Cup with a 2-1 win over Burnley.....

After two victories in a matter of days for the first team, six goals scored and just one conceded, the feel good vibe continued today as the Youth side recorded an important victory in the quarter-finals of the Lancashire FA Youth Cup.
Goals from Max Power from the penalty spot and an own goal were enough to ensure that Rovers saw off Burnley in a 2-1 win this afternoon having progressed to this stage by beating Accrington Stanley 4-0 back in September thanks to a hat-trick from Cole Stockton and a James Joyce strike.

Total Tranmere is led to beleive that the youths will now face Oldham Athletic in the semi-final of this competition but we are awaiting confirmation of this.
The youth team are in action in the Youth Alliance North West Conference League this coming Saturday at home to Wrexham with the game likely to be played at the Raby Vale training ground with kick-off at 11.00am so if you're not going to Peterborough with the first team why not pop along and support the youngsters.

A bit of confidence restored hopefully!
By the way if any of the Youth Team read this can you e-mail info@total-tranmere.co.uk to see if you can do us a favour?
