For those fans who can't make some of the Rovers games this season, particularly the high number of costly and time consuming southern away games, we at Total Tranmere will be providing a Match Discussion Thread on the Site for every Rovers game.
The thread will allow you to discuss everything from the pre-match build up and starting line-up to the game it as it progresses and the post-match analysis.
Where possible, Total Tranmere staff will post up the starting line-up and substitutes on the thread as soon as it is made known at the game.

Tranmere of course host Yeovil Town on Saturday afternoon in N Power League One with £5 admission for all supporters but if you're not going to the game why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on.
Maybe if you have a friend or family member texting you from the game you can post their views here for others to see as the game progresses.
You could also use this thread to discuss other interesting scores throughout the league as well as discussing this game afterwards if you have been along to the game.
What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.
Admin staff will try and add the team and updates on the game on this thread where possible but these details are updated also on our Twitter Page throughout the game so if you're not following us already why not do so at www.twitter.com/totaltranmere.

Kay apart from the error for the goal was terrible as well. I mean, they had a chance to reach 40 points, keep the daylight between themselves and the bottom, extend the lead over Yeovil and they produce that?
People come on here after a few wins and say "where are the Les haters now etc" The fact is we are 18th, on a run of 3 defeats and on today's evidence definitely a good bet to go down. He plays players like Akins every week instead of more creative ones like Robbo. I am sick of boring hoof the ball to no one tactics, same every week.
People around me who clearly haven't been for ages were complaining saying a fiver was too much, and I agree. The club wonder why fans don't come back, would you after that? We need a win fast, otherwise we are in massive trouble, today was a shambles.
Thats what people want, winning football does not attract fans, we had the best record in the league under RM but struggled to get 5.5k most weeks.
Today was abysmal, should of gone 4-4-2 and started with Robbo and McGurk.
Don't think Robinson was particuarly that good when he came on but for all Akins effort (which was good today) he has no end product.

We should have come out second half, pressed them high up the pitch and attacked. Surely Parry was aware three points were there for the taking.
Instead we came out, with no changes made, and carried on playing into their hands by hoofing it. I would have brought Robbo on for Weir at half time, as I thought he was worse than Akins. With two away games coming up I fear the gap to the bottom will close very soon.
Don't think the changes we made actually worked. Took weir off and then stick robinson out wide. Surely he would be more effective in the centre, or even better, play him from the start. Weir looked like a player who didn't want to get injured and didn't want to get his foot in. He should take a look at kay who always gives 100% (even if he did mess up for the goal). Get the impression weir thinks he is better than us.
Is Mahon injured again?
As for the changes though, I thought we looked more dangerous with McGurk on the pitch than we did all game.

just a thought but instead of hoofing the ball up to our isolated striker why dont we try to bulild an attack on the floor, the amount of times mcchrystal or ash hoofed it long defied belief.
With 5 out of our next 7 games away we are back in a relegation dogfight bigtime, makes a joke of those who thought we could get near the play offs.
Its safe to say that the majority who came back to the game today will not return any time soon except probably the notts county game

it was Yeovil we were playing I stated yesterday(or was it earlier today it`s been a longday)that we should get in their faces from the start and attack
start with Robbo in stead of Akins who never seems to get anywhere
but no Les`s plan play with one up front and boot it up their result two poor team playing abysmal football with Yeovil more up for it than we were and a gift of a goal and all Les seemed to do was stand their with his hands in his pockets all of the game has he not got a belt does not seem to change things around after a poor first half he does not get motivated I know I do and I am

only a season ticket holder what were they doing gifting a goal like that the ball (I think it was Kay ?)should have let it go out or put the thing out or even hoof it up the field in this instance but not to play it back to the Kop and as for all those extra bums on seats they will not be back for a long time and perhaps not even for the Notts County game as it costs money to get to the ground and with 4 out of the next 5 games away when we get to 19th March we could be sitting on the trap door or even fell
into the bottom four it does not look good
The tactics today were just dreadful. Latiff who from the starting line up is our most creative player, hardly saw the ball all match which is incredibly disapointing as he can create things out of nothing.
All round it was a dreadful performance but I'm sorry, I cannot have anyone defending Akins anymore after that performance today. McGurk did more in the 15 mins he was on the pitch than I've seen Akins do in the last 3 home games. Akins can't keep a ball, always gets caught in possession, he can't pass it and he can't head it. He adds absolutely nothing to the team apart from us carrying him which is why we got rid of McLaren. If Les cannot see from today that McGurk is a better player, then I give up.
I have not been that critical of Les all season, I think he is doing a good job and has brought in a very good selection of players. After today, I'm begining to lose my patients with him and his tactics. Against Sheff Wed we witnessed the same appauling first half but we got the ball down and outplayed them which is why we won 3-0.
I'm sorry Yeovil, but you were right up there with some of the worst teams I've seen at Prenton Park this season but to be fair you took the chance and walked away with the 3 points. We came right down to their level and stayed there and that's what hurts because we are better than that.
I am getting more annoyed at Morrow sitting on the bench. Screw McGurk on this occassion, get Morrow on instead of Akins.
If Johnson wants to permit piddly amounts of a piddly budget to be spent on Morrow, then Morrow should play more.
He's more experienced and older than Akins or McGurk and he couldn't be worse than akins could he? Right now, I'm thinking cost wise he would have definitely been costlier than Macken and potentially costlier than Trundle, so he should be being used more to justify the money spent, as those two would have been more positive signings who would have potentially kept some of the dissilusioned fans that stopped going, coming back.
Johnson not realising the pulling power, one decent striker might have had on dissilusioned fans. Long-term it's more financially rewarding.
The players have to start being more accountable for some of their performances. When they are good they are very good but when they're laxadaisical they're not very appealing.
Multiple player injuries affecting performances I can understand as was the case early in the season, but Bakayogo is a suitable replacement for Cresswell and Tranmere showed against Plymouth and Sheffield Wednesday they can perform with being too relient on Jennings.
Persisting with Akins and expecting something to happen, is a lengthy and pretty pointless waste of time and I'm pretty sure when his 1 year is up, he will get turfed to make way for fresh blood.
Lateef needs to start recapturing the exciting playing credentials he has shown so far. If he gets out of the mini purple patch he seems to have had ion the last 3 games, the team could be quite revitalised in some respects, as I think he does inject some added liveliness and zest into the teams performances, when he's on the button.
I think Kay can find his usual reliable capability as well. He's still the best right back this season, but he just needs to not let his lack of experience drag him down and develop a better mental approach to his game, so he doesn't let one or two below standard games affect him and spoil his ability to play well.
I think he is someone who can give Warner and the other defenders something positive to feed off and when he's not hitting his stride sometimes, it could be slightly disruptive to defensive performances. A bit like trying to steer a shopping trolley with a wonky wheel and not hit anything. You won't feel quite as assured about the task in hand defensively speaking.
The team are capable of better, but how many times can Les keep impressing the importance of togetherness and not conceding late goals, before they start to be the team they are capable of being week in week out.
Sometimes he mmust want to butt his head against a wall.
The squad has more depth now than earlier in the season, so it shouldn't be a case of one player out and you're making it 50% harder to win.
Exeter next and maybe Robbo will be let loose and will be given free reign to do as he pleases with the ball, handling it the exception to the rule of course

ER, WAS THIS NOT YOU ? you asked where and when you had asked ? as "if you could give one" think you said ! well don't you concern or waste your time worrying about me, what I say or what I do ! No you don't know me ! does that make it easy to comment ?
You were trying to say Les can't win because we conceded after changes - in reality the changes had nothing to do with the goal itself.
I made a comment about your prediction which I perceived to be unrealistic and now your throwing a wobbly one?
Had more mature conversations with a five year old than you. Get over it, it's a comment on an internet forum!
Complete over-reaction or what.
