For those fans who can't make some of the Rovers games this season, particularly the high number of costly and time consuming southern away games, we at Total Tranmere will be providing a Match Discussion Thread on the Site for every Rovers game.

The thread will allow you to discuss everything from the pre-match build up and starting line-up to the game it as it progresses and the post-match analysis.

Where possible, Total Tranmere staff will post up the starting line-up and substitutes on the thread as soon as it is made known at the game.

Stadium - Tranmere Rovers (Day)

Tranmere of course host Dagenham and Redbridge in N Power League One on Saturday afternoon but if you're not going to the game why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on?

Maybe if you have a friend or family member texting you from the game you can post their views here for others to see as the game progresses.

You could also use this thread to discuss other interesting scores throughout the league as well as discussing this game afterwards if you have been along to the game.

What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.

Admin staff will try and add the team and updates on the game on this thread where possible but these details are updated also on our Twitter Page throughout the game so if you're not following us already why not do so at www.twitter.com/totaltranmere.

Massive win for us. First half we played well and created a number of chances. Good header from Enoch and great delivery from Joss for Goodison.

Second half we did the old trick of sitting back, leaving Enoch isolated. A few scary moments but we deserved the win. Can I just add as well, Robbie Weir? He was awful today in my opinion, barely in the game, gave the ball away constantly. I find it incredible he has earned himself a deal, because I think he has barely done anything to warrant one.

Anyway great win, and it would be fantastic if we could repeat it on Tuesday.

Good solid performance today I thought with some interesting outcomes.

Thought in the first half Weir, Labadie and Taylor ruled that midfield. Weir was outstanding and gave us a little something extra that someone like Welsh doesn't usually give us. I have always thought Welsh is the first name on the team sheet but after today, not so sure. Two games without him and two wins, does actually say a lot.

I've been critical of Akins but he had a go today and actually played well. However, their left back was not good and made him look good at times. Still wouldn't keep him at the end of the season, don't think he's good enough.

Cresswell and Bakayogo looked good down the left although Cresswells decision making at times was a little wayward however, his set piece deliveries were absolutely brilliant. Great freekick from Labadie for goal number 2 as well.

Not sure what other people thought but to me it was a stonewall penalty. Labadie didn't need to go down because he could have easily scored. Booking him was also absolutely ridiculous. Ref really had a poor game today and our bookings especially Showumni's were a joke.

The only criticism i had from today is that we sat back again and invited them onto us. Midfield dissapeared in the second half and it was a good job they didn';t have anything because it could have got ugly.

Also, can someone tell me why we've not played like this for most of the season. All those games where we dropped points at home we would have easily have picked them up playing like we did today. It is frustrating and annoying, but keeping the same side will help.

Just one more win on tuesday and we are as good as safe which will definitely be a relief. Another performance like that and we should easily get past Notts County.

Big performance and big win. We raised our game a bit against a poor side and thoroughly deserved the victory. Could have pushed on for more goals second half but sat back a little, maybe conserving ourselves slightly for Tuesday.

Disappointed Joss got another yellow, though it was harsh. He now faces a three game ban, so will have spent nine games out suspended. Would be nice to see Blanchard or Fraughan given a go in his place, and Power when he returns from suspension, though Welsh will obviously just slot straight back in.

Good win today, but like others get frustrated when Rovers go so defensive when the opportunity to help improve the goal average against a poor side is not taken up. How Dagenham managed to score 3 goals last week against Brighton I don't know on todays performance or like Rovers on a number occasions this season did they just did not click on the day.
Thought Zoom,Taylor,Weir,& Labadie all had a good games while the Referee (Mr D Coote) cannot tell the difference between an owl dive and a penalty. Good 3 points and another 3 I hope on Tuesday night.

Good result on Saturday could have been 3-0 up if Goody or Showunmi had just connected with the ball(same ball in but both missed it confused smiley)also bit lacking in second half same old back to the ball defending and hoof it back up the field on occasions we have the knack of getting the ball to some one up front but do they shoot on site no they overplay it and lose the ball if some times you get to around 18/20 yards from goal have a poke it could end up hitting the corner flag or the back row of the Kop or hit the back of the net I think their keeper could have been one of those keepers that a pot shot was worth trying.
Labadie when yellow(Sm21) carded(me thinks penalty) just after that I think he should have been replaced by Robbo or Jennings not because of his performance but at the time he was prime target for a second yellow(Sm21)then red(Sm20)from our friend in black any some how Labadie managed to stay second card free. Akins not a fan of his but he but he put a lot of effort in yesterday but again he is not the complete answer would not lose any sleep if he was to go at the end of season but to have back Lateef Elford-Alliyu in Akins place would be good but I do not think that will happen. Now for Notts County on Tuesday a bigger gate th-an we have had for a few years now let`s go for this on the night with a good win 3-0 plus game a game with goaBazls and action and of course a win for the Superwhites how many time in the past have we had a bigger gate for what ever promotional reason and produced a performance (Sm124)that one wants to forget about as soon as possible.
So come on you whites lets get those points to take us to 52 points at 9.50pm on Tuesday night.
Quickly back to Saturday good to see Savage

The last time I did a big post I mentioned about being positive and having faith in the team. Now it's no coincidence that the same people which I rightly or wrongly called sheep have not been posting anything recently is this because they have nothing to say or moan about because we have won two games on the bounce and in my opinion are safe for another year. Which I said we would be. I think my wife was right people have nothing better to do than moan when we arelosing but have nothing to say when we do win. I'm glad we have won recently regardless of how we have played a win is a win and three points is better than non as all the teams below us on Saturday found out. Super White army marching on together

There was one "fan" I know, dr.death, who is a perenial moaner and somebody who will refuse to give the manager and players any credit whatsoever. At the final whistle yesterday, he didn't clap the players off, he stood there staring at the pitch and looking very miserable.

Your wife would say very similar if you were AFCB fans!! A month or so ago we still had people moaning, at the time we were in a phase of 10 consecutive games unbeaten and in 2nd place. A section of our fans decided that was a great time to question the manager and whether he was the right person for the job, question the players attitudes and slated our 18 year old striker for missing more chances than he converted... (Sm16) They were then surprised their @#$%& got to the team and we ended up having a pretty major collapse and 7 games without a win followed! The win on Saturday was vital to us and lucky results elsewhere saw us sneak back into the top 6. Justification for those of us who did keep the faith! smiling smiley
