With the new season fast approaching, the time has come to launch our new competition for 2011/12 to run alongside both our Fantasy Premier League game and also our Prediction League throughout the season….
With just ten days left until the start of the new Football League season, we are inviting you to join up to our League One Forecast competition for 2011/12 which will run alongside our other games, the Fantasy Premier League and the Total Tranmere Prediction League, throughout the season.
The concept of the game for those taking part couldn’t be any simpler. Simply send us your forecast for how you think the final League One table will look in May next year and your work is done and it’s then over to the game organiser to do the rest!........
For every place you correctly predict right you will score 0 points and for every place you are wrong for each team you will receive 1 point. Therefore the winner of the game at the end of the season will be the one with the least number of points.
Example: If you have Tranmere to finish 17th but they actually finish 20th you will receive three points and the same for all the other teams in the League.
To make the competition more interesting we will bring you an update at the end of each month on how the competitors are positioned so far and with any luck we will also have a prize available at the end of the season for the winner.
To enter into this competition, simply send us your 1 to 24 final position predictions by one of the following methods by the closing date of Thursday 4th August…
