Fantasy Tranmere Rules and Scoring

Total Tranmere and the Totally Tranmere Podcast can today announce the launch of our new competition, Tranmere Rovers Fantasy Football, which will run throughout the 2011/12 season.
The game will see competitors pick a squad of four players, one goalkeeper, one defender, one midfielder and one striker, from a transfer budget of £600,000.
Throughout the season, your players will compile points, with the three players at the top of the table winning a prize come May (prizes yet to be decided).

Game Rules:
- After selecting your team, you will be allowed to make one transfer per month, made between 1-7 of each month. You will be emailed to remind you you're allowed a transfer during each transfer window.
- Your team value must not exceed £600,000
- Your team MUST be comprised of one player from each position on the field.
- Incoming transfers must ensure that your team remains within the £600,000 budget.
- Players are priced based on how many games we feel they will play this season and based on how they performed last season
- Points awarded by the judges are final
- Points accumulated in abandoned matches will be void
- Transfer fees will not change throughout the season
- The league table will be updated as regularly as possible by the Total Tranmere admin team
- Your entry to the league MUST be submitted by August 17th
