Total Tranmere brings you a run down of the odds ahead of tomorrow's game against Notts County at Prenton Park

It's the start of a big week for Tranmere Rovers on Tuesday as they take on Notts County at Prenton Park in League One, the first of three successive home games for the Wirral side.
Ronnie Moore has returned to the Prenton Park hotseat following the departure of Les Parry this weekend, and he will be hoping for a positive response from his new team, with Rovers coming into the game with just one win in twenty games, a run stretching back to the end of October.
Visitors Notts County however are bang in form, having won four successive matches since appointing former Chester and Torquay manger Keith Curle as their new boss, with The Magpies having kept four clean sheets in that time, so it won't be easy for Tranmere as Ronnie Moore looks to get off to a winning start.

Tipster: Tranmere Rovers' home form under Les Parry was strong, with the club actually undefeated at Prenton Park since December, although they only picked up one win in that time. Under Ronnie Moore, I don't expect that to change, with Rovers having an excellent home record when Moore was last in charge of the club.
However, I do think it will be difficult for Tranmere to win this game against a Notts County side who are on a great run of form and are pushing for the play-offs.
Tranmere to win by one goal at 7/2 with Ladbrokes and Boyle Sports look good odds, Tranmere have struggled to hit the back of the net this season, but they have also been fairly solid defensively.
Elsewhere, William Hill will offer you 20/1 on Tranmere to win with Joss Labadie scoring the first goal, as well as 11/1 on Tranmere to win with Ash Taylor scoring anytime.
Please Note: Odds are subject to change, particularly on Saturday as kick off draws nearer or more bookmakers open up markets. Total Tranmere does not encourage betting.

McChrystal will be missed as back up for back four also Devaney out for proposed Ronnie`s wing play and McGurk who really is the only one of the three that to me will not be missed at any time as he is not the answer as a striker he has scored but
after 56 appearances(31 starts and 25 as sub)over the last two seasons he has only managed 8 goals not a good return but could be considered as a squad player on the bench.
How ever as for tomorrow night I think with a little bit of luck and a more attacking(two up front) lay out we may nick it
2-1 and we owe them one for last year.
They haven't got Tiryaki and Brunt so far has 1 in 4, but McGurk has 5 goals and and assist in 32 games and Akins has 3 goals and 5 assists, so they are both the best scoring strikers.
However with McGurk not being available for wing duties, Akins might have to be seconded, but McGurk for me does offer something, but until he is given the chance to be part of a proper 2 man attack, he is going to have difficulty showcasing himself.
Then I ate his Liver.......... with some baked beans and a can of coke.
