Once again the time has come to invite our readers to join our Fantasy Premier League competition for the 2012/13 season which increases in popularity every season. Simply choose your Fantasy Team from the Premiership players available and then contact our admin team for the unique ID Code for the Private Total Tranmere League…….

The time has come again to choose the Team that you think will do well enough to win the Total Tranmere Fantasy Premier League for the 2012/13 season.

As ever, our League is run using the excellent online fantasy football facility on the Official Premier League Website and as with last season, Total Tranmere will have its own Private League within the National Competition so that all our readers of this site can compete against each other.

If you have taken part in the Fantasy League on the Premier League Website before, either as part of the Total Tranmere League or in another Private League then you can use your old log-in details for the game again this year but if you are new to the game you will have to register an account which doesn't take long at all.

To enter, all you have to do is click on THIS LINK to access the Premier League Website and then log-in using your details from last year or if new to the game, create a new account using your e-mail address and a password that you can remember easily every time you return to play the game.

When you have registered or logged in on your existing account, you will need to name your team, choose a kit and then select your players. There are unlimited transfers available right up until the first games of the season so if you wish to make lots of alterations before the season begins it will not affect your transfer allowance.

For other game rules including formations and points scoring, please read the rules section on the Premier League Website itself in order to make sure you pick your team in the best way for earning the most points.

Once you have chosen your team and submitted it, you are in the game and the next job is to enter your team into the Total Tranmere Private League.

This season, the code you will need to enter the Private League can be obtained in three ways as follows:

1) E-Mail us at comps@total-tranmere.co.uk

2) Send us a direct message (not a tweet) on Twitter (@totaltranmere)

3) Send a Private Message via the Message Forum to either Deadly Submarine, Mikey or Matthew the Rover

Please ensure that you state your Name and Team Name when requesting the code.

Once you have the code, click on the ‘Leagues’ tab on the right side menu next to the picture showing your team and then click on ‘Join a Private League’ and enter the code we have provided and click ‘Join League’

You will then be part of the Total Tranmere Fantasy League which will begin on the 18th of August and to check you are in the Total Tranmere League, check on the right hand menu under Leagues to see if the Total Tranmere League is listed.

If it is, the link should take you to the League Table and your Name and Team Name should be on the list ready for the start of the season.

We will provide updates about the Fantasy League throughout the season as well and we will also try to remind you when the deadline for transfers each week is approaching.
