After last night's fantastic 3-0 away win for Rovers at Carlisle United, the time has come for you to vote for your TRFC Man of the Match for the game, in what might well be quite a one-sided affair.....
After Tranmere's Andy Robinson inspired 3-0 win away at Carlisle United last night which maintained Rovers' unbeaten start to the season and moved them to the top of League One at this early stage, we are asking you to vote for your TRFC Man of the Match for the game using the poll on the link below.
A seven minute first half brace from Robinson inside the first twenty minutes of the game but Rovers in command of the game and although Carlisle put Rovers under some pressure in the early part of the second half, it was Rovers who grabbed the next goal with Robinson blasting in from 35 yards to complete a barely believable hat-trick before being substituted shortly afterwards to a standing ovation from all four sides of the ground.
Jake Cassidy and Joe Thompson could and perhaps should have added to Rovers' lead but the result sees Rovers top the table in League One for the time being.
