After Rovers earned yet another incredible away win, this time a 1-0 success at highly placed Notts County, to remain top of League One, we are asking you to vote for your TRFC Man of the Match for the game........

 

 

 

 

After Rovers earned yet another incredible away win, this time at early success story Notts County, we are asking you to once again vote for your Rovers Man of the Match for the game.

Despite being without one of their top goalscorers Andy Robinson and losing another in Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro in this game after just 18 minutes, Rovers dominated the game throughout to take a 1-0 win thanks to substitute Joe Thompson's goal although Rovers could have had a number of other goals in the second half as they constantky hit County on the break including Abdulai Bell-Baggie hitting the post.

Tough choice as there were so many outstanding candidates. Bell-Baggie would have got it from me but I felt that he was sometimes wasteful and as we kept a brilliant clean sheet, I felt I had to go for a defender, so voted for Gibson, who didn't miss a tackle, header or interception all game.
