After Tranmere lost 1-0 to Carlisle United at Prenton Park on Saturday afternoon, we are asking you to vote for your Tranmere Man of the Match from the game......

 

 

 

 

After Tranmere lost dismally to Carlisle United 1-0 but remained top of NPower League One on Saturday afernoon, we are asking you to once again vote for your Rovers Man of the Match for the game.

A poor first half display by Rovers ended in a double punishment with a stupid and petulant reaction by Jean-Louis Akpa Akpro who kicked out at a Carlisle player and was deservedly sent off before ten minutes later Carlisle scored what proved to be the winning goal through Rory Loy.  Rovers performed better in the second half and had a goal seemingly wrongfully disallowed but they couldn't make the breakthrough to force even a draw.

Ash Taylor for me too! Occasionally his distribution from the back looked poor/panicked but he was the best player for us yesterday by far.

Also agree with the above in not understanding the sponsors choice of Robbo yesterday!

Taylor, outstanding again although could maybe have done bit better with their goal but a rock after that. really playing well.
