If you can't make Tranmere's game at home to Shrewsbury Town in NPower League One on Friday evening, why not join in the discussion about the game right here whilst you may or may not be watching it live on TV.......
Following football even at League One level is pretty expensive these days and no matter how much you love the Rovers, it will sometimes be difficult to make the games in person whether it be the lengthy away trips, or for exiles living elsewhere in the UK or abroad, the home games too.
As a result, for those fans who can't make some of the Rovers games this season, we at Total Tranmere will not only be providing this match discussion thread for you to discuss developments with the game, but in a brand new feature we will also be providing a live updates service from the game which will include team line-ups, score updates and also pictures and snippets live from the game.
Tranmere of course, host Shrewsbury Town in NPower League One on Friday afternoon in a game to be screened live to the nation on Sky TV so if you're not going to the game why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on whether you are watching it or not?
What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.
PLEASE NOTE: Due the none attendance at this game of our regular live match updater, there will be no live updates for this game only. Normal service will be resumed for Tuesday night's game at home to Swindon Town.

I reckon a 3-0 home win.
Can see the lads, after a strict training week coming out the changing rooms in fifth gear and really driving Shrewsbury back into their own half.
Early goal for Rovers to settle the nerves and then revert back to the style of play weve been used to all season!
Huge crowd will be an advantage if we can get that early/ first goal! Although, a big crowd could work against us if we struggle to get out of the blocks!
3 points tonight will give a lot of the fans confidence again and sets us up nicely for Swindle!
So disappointing. Were has it all gone wrong! The answer, the club does not want promotion. We have relied on 2 or 3 better than average players all season and as soon as we lose them we look like a team fighting relegation. If we had any true aspiration we would have strengthened the squad by now. The two so called strikers we have are not up to it and unless we find someone who can play along side AA when he returns then I can not see us scoring for a long time. The supporters want promotion, the players I would hope want promotion, but the club does not. We will never have such a chance again but who cares, are club don't. Bitterly, bitterly disappointing.
Lets start at the top. First off, never a red card in a million years, on a Saturday afternoon that's a yellow simple as that. Officials were poor all round tonight but not entirely to blame for the defeat.
I think in every season there is a game that defines where you are going and for me tonight was it. They were distinctly average at best and we could have easily beaten them with 10 men if we'd have tried but we didn't. The strikers had absolutely no service tonight and I think this has been the problem all along. At the start of the season we were creating chances for fun and most of the time we were taking them too but since Wallace went out, we seem to create very little. It's ok to criticise the strikers but I think it's too easy to do that, if they get no service they won't score.
We've been riding on this rollercoaster for most of the season now and recently I've been really positive but after tonight, I'm really not even sure we will make the play offs. If all the teams below us win their games this weekend and the games in hand, we'll be 7th.
I'm starting to worry though because I cannot see where our next goal is coming from. For me on Tuesday I would change it a bit, maybe give bell baggie a start or something different cause t the moment, I'm wondering where our next win is coming from.
ming05 Poor display. Cant blame the red card for tonights result, stockton i feel isnt ready for 1st team was lazy tonight.
Fonners had nightmare of game.
We can blame the red card for the result coupled with Fonners' clanger.
to b fare ! Fonners made some fantastic saves ! we just had no width, no threat ! no supply to the front who ever had been there ! second half we came out and looked a better side and I was happier with their effort, Shbry tho are a poor side.
At the end of the Day the Ref killed the game, and well got him self on Sky ! woop de doo Ref
Well I personally thought it was a yellow but I bet you don't get it overturned if you appeal because it was late and was marginally over the top - no malice in it though
Thought we were well, worth the points though and though the table doesn't lie ie over the season you are much better than us in the two games I would say we have deserved at least the 4 points we have taken hope you beat Swindon
We was poor. The red card did not make the other players poor. The passing was a joke. Passing the ball from corners and the losing it was a joke. No one wanted to have a crack on goal. We made them look like man utd. Such a let down. Who ever watch that game must of thought we was a joke. The only player that was good was zoom.
I think people are being far too lenient on Fon Williams. Don't get me wrong, he's been absolutely superb for us for 18-months, but his errors last night were shocking. The catch he dropped was elementary and he came right through the back of Danny Holmes, meaning he couldn't mark his man, for the second goal.
Sure, he made a couple of good saves, but that's what his job is. That's what he's paid to do. He has got to catch crosses or make better decisions on when to come or not.
matty j so bell-baggie?for who if palmer is suspended why not this line up- williams, holmes taylor daniels black bell-baggie power robbo zoom stockton amoo

So you never have an off day? There is no player that does not have an occasional lapse.
Course I have an off day, and I don't mean to be overly harsh on Owain because he's been brilliant for us for the last 18-months. But the concentration lapses for both goals were abysmal.
To be fair there hasn't been one game in the last six where Fonners hasn't dropped something and left us in a dangerous position but Friday is the only time it cost us.
Still think over the whole season he's done more than enough to counter recent games though.
