Accrington Stanley v Tranmere Rovers Match Discussion Thread
By Deadly Submarine November 9 2013
If you can't make Tranmere's game away at Accrington Stanley on Saturday afternoon, why not join in the banter right here with other Rovers fans who are unable to attend...
Following football even at League One level is pretty expensive these days and no matter how much you love the Rovers, it will sometimes be difficult to make the games in person whether it be the lengthy away trips, or for exiles living elsewhere in the UK or abroad, the home games too.
As a result, for those fans who can't make some of the Rovers games this season, we at Total Tranmere will be providing this match discussion thread for you to discuss developments with the game.
Tranmere of course, travel to Accrington Stanley in Sky Bet League One on Saturday afternoon, so if you're not going to the game why not join in the banter right here while the game is going on? You could also use this thread to discuss other interesting scores throughout the league as well as discussing this game afterwards if you have been to watch the game live.
What you discuss below is up to you but hopefully it can all be focused on one thread to make it easier for everyone to use.

Do you think Stockton or JLAA should have been given a run out from the start is the team lacking some fire power up front or do you think Ronnie got it right?
A very poor performance from start to finish, but a win's a win even if the goal did look well offside[might change my mind when I've seen it on TV]. We were lucky not to be 3 or 4 down early on but gradually got in the game and ground out [not in a particularly pleasant manner]the result. But we're in the hat-that's all that matters.
The least enjoyable parts of the day were having to get up quickly the hills to and from the station. They are steep especially if you're in a hurry.
But the very worst was having the name of our club badly besmirched by whoever threw the flares[one onto the pitch] in the second half. Hope they get severely punished and banned permanently.

Deadly Submarine Yep! One of the worst performances of the season against a team struggling in the division below.
You can argue that we did the job to get through but the cracks are still there and don't look likely to go away any time soon.
As someone mentioned our slow build-up play and our last ditch defending with Hately in a deep holding midfield role. And a lack of wide options makes our passing game difficult and with Lowe being isolated. we have to sometimes be very patient and take our opportunities when they come along. Hence bringing Lowe in.
We are not the best at dominating games and we try to counter attack, this means games for us fans are not the best to watch.
Our spending power and not the best loans and injuries have all come together to give the team the problems and results that we have suffered since last November
With the players we have, we cannot go gung-ho and have an all out attacking tactics and formations. (I wish)
Wether the returning injured players especially James Wallace, have an effect on our season is anybodys guess.
With the takeover nearly upon us, we are in for an interesting time on the TRFC rollercoaster.
Agree with Ingleboro gonna be a lot more Intresting season than the past few (apart from last season where we were top of the league for 6 months then f*cked it up).
