Tranmere's Reserve side fell to defeat away at Port Vale in the Final Third Development League on Tuesday afternoon, making it their fifth straight game without a win having lost four and drawn one of their previous five matches.
It was Tranmere's in form Under-18 Youth Team striker Tolani Omotola who was on target yet again for Rovers, with the substitute putting the visitors ahead early in the second half after the first half had ended goalless.

However a Vale penalty just a few minutes later which was scored by Ryan Lloyd, was followed up by a winning goal for Brian Barton to give the Valiants the victory and condemn Rovers to another winless game.
Tranmere Reserves are next in action on Wednesday 25th March when they travel to face Wrexham Reserves for a 1.00pm kick off. The location of this game is yet to be confirmed.
