Donacien Extends Loan

Villa defender stays until end of the season.....
Janoi Donacien has agreed to stay and help Rovers stave off relegation until the end of the season. The versatile Janoi has made 29 appearances for Tranmere at right back, wing back and the heart of the defence and is in his second spell with the club.

Well at least he's not jumping ship,he may well swim like hell after May 2nd.

We need him at right back and Ihiekwe at left centre back if Danny remains unfit to play.

A good move - but agree that he's best at right back. I guess he's only at centre back because we haven't got a reliable central defender at the club. None of the other are up to standard.

Hi folks - Villa fan here, I come in peace! Just wondering what the general view of Donacien is from your fans?
Good luck for the last two games by the way, I hope you stay up. When I was a little kid you was often on Saint & Greavsie because of you playing on a Friday, I just sort of developed a soft spot for you then!

The experience will have done him good though our likely imminent relegation hopefully won't affect his self confidence.Far too good to be playing at our level although we've dragged him down to it at times.Hasn't been helped by the constant chopping and changing of the now thankfully ex manager.
