Marc Laird signs for Yeovil...........

Tranmere midfielder Marc Laird has today signed a one year contract with League Two side Yeovil Town to replace the recently departed Sam Foley who left the Glovers earlier this week. Ex Machester City Youth man Laird who seemed to be a real marmite player to the SWA played 39 games for Rovers in last seasons ill-fated League Two campaign scoring 4 goals in all competitions. All at Total Tranmere wish Marc all the best for next season.

Get in, couldn't stand him, so, so weak. Tried hard though I'll give him that.

I agree.

But like a lot of the players last season just didn't do it on a regular basis

Good luck to him

Yet a lot of fans rated him as one of our best players last season. He was just dropped all the time by Adams because he wouldn't drop Jenno & Power. At least if he lost the ball he would fight to get it back,he also disrupted other team's midfields, when he didn't play our own midfield was overrun

To be fair, he always gave 100%, however, he lacked any real quality.

Sorry bout the headline on the sticky not sure what's occuring there. As I mentioned in the story you either love or hate him but he did give 100 percent in a rovers shirt.

He gave 100%

He just didn't have the skill or ability IMO.

3 more to decide on now - hope we keep Koumas & Hill!
