Harris and Ridehalgh Share August Player of the Month

Despite a week of voting there was no separating Jay Harris and Liam Ridehalgh for the Player  of the Month Award for August....  

 

 

 

 

 

In fairness there was probably only going to ever be two players in contention for our August Player of the Month Award but did anyone expect a tie?

A tie was what we got though as 44% of you voted for Jay Harris and the same amount for Liam Ridehalgh to ensure that the two most consistent players of the opening month of the season shared the Player of the Month Award as voted for by you the readers of this site.

In fact so dominant were the pair in the poll, only Andy Managan and Goal of the Month winner Matt Hill obtained any other votes with the rest failing to poll any support for the Award.  The pair polled 6% of the vote each.

Not really a surprising outcome, although I did think Scott Davies deserves a mention for this month
