Double Honours for Norwood in Our December Awards

Striker James Norwood once again wins the Goal and Player of the Month Awards here on Total Tranmere.....

 

 

 

 

 

Once again the Monthly Awards as voted for by readers of Total Tranmere had a familiar conclusion as striker James Norwood added the December Player of the Month Award to his previous honours whilst also taking the goal of the Month Award as well.

Norwood has previosuly won the Player and Goal of the Month Awards in September, October and November which makes this his fourth successive Award double for the current top scorer at the Club.

The goal which sealed his triumph this time was the opportunist effort (shown below) which sealed Rovers' 1-0 home win over Altrincham at the end of December which included a terrifically weighted assist from Lois Maynard. 

In future months our Man of the Match and Monthly Award polls will have a shorter voting period, allowing us to produce results quicker on the site.  Thanks to everyone who has voted so far this season!
