Local firm B&M Waste confirmed as Rovers' new front of shirt sponsor for the next three years.....

Tranmere have confirmed today that they have a agreed a three year deal with local based firm B&M Waste Services to become the team's new front of shirt sponsor from the start of the 2016/17 season.
The firm, which has it's Headquarters locally in Bromborough will be replacing current front of shirt partner Home Bargains whose three year agreement is coming to its conclusion in June.
The new agreement will see B&M’s swan logo (pictured below) on the front of both the home and away Puma shirts and also their new look Puma training kit for both the first team and the development squad.
B&M Waste Services offer recycling-led waste management solutions to businesses and recently celebrated its 60th birthday, having been incorporated in July 1954. The company is family owned and operated, has strong Wirral roots and has now expanded its operations nationally across the UK.
The shared strong Wirral heritage and sense of community were key factors in the decision of the Club and B&M Waste to forge the new partnership. The commitment of both parties to working together for the benefit not only of the Club, but also for Wirral residents will be demonstrated through the involvement of B&M Waste in a number of the Club’s community initiatives over the coming years, including projects with the homeless and the socially excluded.
Speaking of the new deal today, Rovers Chairman Mark Palios said....
“It was important to us to get the right partner and from the very first meeting we held it was obvious that there were a great number of parallels in what we are both trying to do, and that by working together we can help each other to achieve our goals. B&M Waste Services is a very successful Wirral business which is now making a real mark on a national level, without losing its commitment to its own community and as such we have many shared values and aspirations. I am very much looking forward to working with them.”
“We are very grateful to Home Bargains for the fantastic commitment they have shown the Club over the course of the last three years. They are a great business and have been supportive partners through what has been a particularly difficult time for the Club. Home Bargains will always be welcome at Prenton Park.”
David Curtis, Director of B&M Waste Services, added...
“In recent years we have grown from a small Wirral business to an award-winning player on a national scale, but we remain entirely committed to our ethical values and to contributing to our local community.“
Graham Curtis, Director at B&M Waste Services commented “Partnering with Tranmere Rovers will give us additional national brand exposure but, more importantly, a platform to work together to support the Wirral community in key projects which are close to our hearts. We hope to forge a partnership which will benefit both the footballing side of the Club and the expansion of its community initiatives.”
Tranmere have confirmed that this new agreement commences from 1st June 2016 and will initially run until 31st May 2019.

MmgYour right rovers shirts don't look anything without Wirral on them I can't ever see it coming back due to council cuts but hey beggars can't be chooses we are now non league and I am sure Mark palios got a good deal he keeps getting in the sponsored which is essential
Tranmere Rovers get new waste sponsors and bin off old sponsors.

As they now sponsor us, my business will now start using them. I'll let them know why I'm using them too.
Good on you! Positive feelings so far in 2016
Brabin Bin and Gone
Rovers dumped again
Hopeful homeless gather around the back of Prenton park
Tranmere change colors to green
Tranmere take out the trash
Tranmere tip for playoffs
Tranmere dump Forest Green out the play offs
Also, this could be a very good business move for B&M. Traditionally promoted teams do well in league 2, and again in league one. So by the second year of their contract we *could* be a league 1 side gaining a lot more exposure.
Over the years I am pretty sure they have been match sponsors on a number of occasions.
Waste Management is big business but, will also be an easy target for the jokes. I would sooner have a company of proven standing than some of these so called high tech companies promising the earth financially and not delivering, usually leaving clubs in even greater debt.
Welcome B&M and I for one would like to echo the thanks to Home Bargains another well run successful local company and sponsor.

I like their logo more than home and bargin. I might even start buying the tops again. I have been buying the training tops with out sponsor plasted on it.
If ever you could have picked a Company sponsor whose Logo fitted perfectly with Rovers Kit (certainly the home one) then this is it.
Having seen the four new kit designs for next season's home shirt and had my vote, this logo would fit any of those designs.
I never had any beef with Home Bargains at all in the same way some fans did but their logo was certainly not conducive to being on the front of a football shirt, particularly a white one.

As I was having a wee in the family paddock toilets I noticed there was an advert for one of their competitors staring at me. This can't be allowed to happen.
Haha I know the Company you mean! There is one in the Toilets in the area where I sit as well!

I think you're confusing waste management with a sewage farm
If you want something that represents waste maybe this would be good on the shirts and it might please the rocker in you.
