After a couple of days of voting the results are in and we can confirm that Captain Steven Jennings was the player you voted as your Man of the Match for the 2-1 home win over Eastleigh on Saturday......
After a third successive Rovers win in the National League at home to Eastleigh on Saturday, there were yet again a number of contenders for the Man of the Match award amongst the Rovers players.
Despite the seemingly numerous contenders though, the result in the end was clear cut as Captain Steven Jennings strolled to the award by polling more votes than the rest of the Rovers players put together.
Jennings scored Rovers opening goal in the game and was also influential in James Norwood's 94th minute winner as his headed assist sent Norwood clear through on goal for his tidy finish. As well as the goal and the assist though, Jennings performed admirably alongside Jay Harris in the centre of the Rovers midfield to deservedly earn Man of the Match honours this time around.

Steven Jennings won your Man of the Match Vote for his performance against Eastleigh
As you can see from the poll results below, Jennings' nearest challenger for the award was Jeff Hughes whilst the Captain's namesake Connor Jennings and his midfielder partner Jay Harris were in joint third. Only goalkeeper Scott Davies, who was yet again rarely tested and defender Steve McNulty failed to poll any votes from the starting eleven whilst niether substitute polled any votes either.
Thanks to everyone who voted this time around and stay tuned after the game tomorrow night awayat Boreham Wood for another chance to vote for your Man of the Match from that game!
