Following the late postponement of the League Two clash away at Colchester United yesterday due to Covid-19 implications, Tranmere are now ensured a lengthy break from League Two action with their next match being in FA Cup 3rd Round action away at Championship side Barnsley next Sunday afternoon.

After wins over Accrington Stanley and Brackley Town in the previous rounds of the competition, the tie at Oakwell against the Yorkshire side sees Rovers face a team from a third different Division so far in the competition with the hope of an upset and progression to the fourth round.

The match will be taking place on Sunday 10th January with a 1:30pm kick-off and will be streamed live on the FA Website.
