Remember Bolton, Everton - Help Us Do Same to Pool

Ahead of 90 minutes of nail-biting, I call on all Tranmere fans to recall the days of giant-killing and perform a class act upon Hartlepool. The games of Middlesborough, Sunderland, Everton and so on, where we beat so many teams when we were simply knocked aside, now we are in the same situation ahead of the Pools game, and like the previous times we will be on the winning side - with your help!

Ahead of the nerviest 90 minutes of anyone who wears the white shirt of Tranmere of pride, both midfielder Mark Rankine and assitant manager Richard Hill have issued a plea to all fans travelling to Prenton Park on Tuesday.

They are calling on the same response as in the historical games of Southampton, Leeds, Bolton and Everton, which they believe was due to the amazing fans who attended the game those nights.

Tranmere are used to overcoming obstacles. 3-0 down at half time to Premiership opposition in Southampton and they fought back with an amazing 4-3 victory. In the same competition Tranmere travelled to neighbouring Everton. A huge victory of 3-0 was on the lips of every Tranmere fan. Back in the day when Leeds were one of most feared sides, a little club called Tranmere were struggling at half time, losing 2-0. But once again we bounced back and won the match 3-2. I can account of great comebacks that Tranmere have made, the list goes on.

So to all fans on Tuesday, get the team going and theres no reason why we cant overturn this deficit and book our tickets to one of the best stadiums in the world.

Lets get to the play-off final, and make sure people will finally take note of Tranmere Rovers.
